GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL CELL

  • For the purpose of redressing students' grievances and ensuring transparency in admissions, and preventing unfair practices, the College has established a Grievance Redressal Cell. 
  • The cell's role is to examine any complaint lodged by a student and judge its merit. 
  • Any student can lodge a complaint with the Grievance Redressal Cell (GRC), which will investigate and resolve it according to their requirements. 
  • Using the suggestion box, students can express their grievances regarding academic and non-academic matters on campus.
  • In order to maintain a harmonious educational atmosphere in the institute, the Grievance Cell aims to develop a responsive and accountable attitude among all stakeholders.

The grievance cell will deal with students' written grievances about the following

  • Duplicate mark-sheet, transfer certificates, conduct certificates, and other examination-related matters are part of academic matters.
  • The accounts related to library fees, hostel charges, etc., are financial matters.
  • Matters related to sanitation, food preparation, transportation, victimization by teachers, and others.

Procedure for Lodging complaint

Students are welcome to write a grievance in writing and place it in the complaint box located outside the principal's room. The grievance may also be mailed to grievance@sacas.ac.inThose cases forwarded with necessary documentation will be handled by the Grievance Cell.It is the Grievance Cell's responsibility to resolve the grievance within the specified timeframe.Dr. V.
