What does it take to launch a successful new company, lead an organization, and plan and execute a challenging project? How do global leaders communicate, settle disputes, and manage across cultures? The BBA at SACAS will provide answers to these issues while also assisting you in developing abilities to go out and achieve these things in the real world. This BBA is adaptable, allowing you to capitalize on your strengths.

Department Overview

This department offers entrepreneurship-centric courses aim to identify and hone the latent entrepreneurial skills among the students. They gain insight into the world of business and are exposed to the nuances of running a business. The program also kindles the innate leadership and professional skills among the students, equipping them with the required material to face the challenges of the corporate world. The Entrepreneurial Development Cell (ED Cell) of the department creates several opportunities for the students to meet and interact with real-life corporate leaders and managers. Through the Bharatiya Yuva Shakti Trust (BYST), an off-shoot of the Confederation of Indian Industry our students are inspired to develop business ideas and translate them into reality backed by the support and guidance of a mentor. Using the win-win strategy, the college aims to nurture and build a sustainable environment that leverages learning exchanges and capacity building.

Who is it for?

This programme is intended for students who are interested become Entrepreneurs, Management Executives, CEOs, CFOs, Managers, and Supervisors. The students should have completed 10+2 in Commerce, Accountancy, and Business Mathematics/Computer Science /Statistics/ Business Studies.

Objectives

  • To create leaders/managers through the knowledge gained from the different areas of management.
  • To help students apply the various management concepts for problem-solving and logical reasoning.
  • Provide practical exposure to the students to match the theoretical concepts with practical applications.

Programme Outcomes (PO’s)

On graduation, students acquire skills in fields like Marketing / Finance / Logistics / Banking / Insurance / IT, and ITES.Understand the conceptual knowledge of accounting and acquire skills of maintaining accounts.Develop the skills and techniques of communication to be successful in business and personal life.Recognize different value systems and ethics, understand the moral dimensions, and accept responsibility.
