The School of Management, S.A. College of Arts & Science organized EMBRACE’25 – an orientation program for future leaders on August 21, 2025, from 09:30 to 11:30 am at the SACAS Auditorium. Mr. Vinai Katariya, Vice President – Barclays Pvt. Ltd, Chennai, was the guest speaker.

Mr. Katariya’s session focused on the real value of an MBA in today’s world, emphasizing leadership beyond academics. He discussed essential industry-ready skills such as communication, analytical thinking, adaptability, and problem-solving. He encouraged students to bridge the gap between theory and practice to meet industry expectations.
