Scholarship Details

Scholarship is not a matter of right. It is offered to encourage the students to excel in academics/sports with support from the Management.

SC/ST Scholarship as per government norms.

SC/ST Scholarship is offered only for the students

  • Belonging to SC/ST Community
  • The Annual income of their parents is below Rs.2,50,000.

Merit Scholarship :

Merit Scholarship is based on a first-served basis.Merit Scholarship will be given to 20% of the students for each programme.

2 CBSE Board – Marks% >85% 80% to 84.9%

% of marks include all subjects incl. Language & English.

Merit Scholarship to be provided only from the Tuition Fee.

Continuation of Merit Scholarship for second and third years will be provided subject to the following conditions:

  • Students must secure a minimum of 75% in all the subjects in their University examinations.
  • A minimum of 75% attendance in each semester.
  • There should not be any history of arrears
  • There should be no disciplinary action against the Student.

The Scholarship stands cancelled automatically if ANY/ALL of the above conditions are not fulfilled and the student must pay the full College fee.

Once Scholarship is cancelled, the student cannot avail the scholarship at all.

Sports Scholarship :

The percentage of sports scholarship will be decided by the Dept. of P.Ed. after conducting trials for the students. The recommendation will be approved by the Correspondent on a case-to-case basis, considering the level of achievements.

Continuation of Sports Scholarship for second and third years will be provided subject to the following conditions:

  • Students must represent our college and participate in minimum 2 sports events in a semester.
  • A minimum of 75% attendance in each semester.
  • There should not be any history of arrears.
  • There should be no disciplinary action against the Student.

If the student does not have the required sports representation in the Second year/Third year, the sports scholarship automatically lapses and the student must pay the full College fee.

Differently Abled Concessions :

Concessions will be determined based on the percentage of disability. Candidates must produce a government-issued certificate and disability card indicating the nature and percentage of disability.

Note :

A student who has not been granted merit/sports scholarship in the first year is not eligible for scholarship in the second and third years.
