The Department of Corporate Secretaryship at SACAS offers a comprehensive program in Company Law, Secretarial Practices, and Corporate Governance, preparing students for dynamic careers in legal, finance, and corporate management.
Department Overview
This programme offers a broad look at many aspects of corporate governance with a strong foundation in the areas of Company Law and Secretarial Practices. The students get a better understanding of corporate management practices, through a blend of projects, case studies, and industrial visits. A compulsory component of the programme exposes the students to Summer Internship Programmes by working alongside the industry. During their study period, the students get a deep insight into mandatory secretarial practices for better corporate governance. They get equipped with adequate knowledge to take up responsible positions in the Secretarial, Legal, Finance, Accounts, Personnel, Administrative, Security Market Analyst, Share Dealer, Fund Manager, Company consultant, and Tax planner sectors.
