Equal Opportunity Cell (EOC)

The Equal Opportunity Cell (EOC) at S.A. College of Arts and Science ensures inclusivity, fairness, and equal access to opportunities for all students, fostering a discrimination-free and empowering learning environment.

Equal Opportunity Cell (EOC)

S.A. College of Arts and Science has always been committed to providing holistic education and creating an inclusive learning environment for its students. In line with this vision, the college has established an Equal Opportunity Cell (EOC) to ensure that all students—irrespective of caste, religion, gender, socioeconomic background, or physical ability—are given fair and equal access to academic, cultural, and career opportunities. The cell works in accordance with the guidelines of the University Grants Commission (UGC) and Government of India, aiming to eliminate discrimination, promote equity, and support disadvantaged groups. It acts as a bridge between the administration, faculty, and students to create a positive, safe, and enabling campus environment.
