The School of Management, S.A. College of Arts and Science organized Embrace’25 – Orientation Program for Future Leaders on 22nd August 2025 at 1.30pm to 3.00pm in the SACAS Theatre. As part of the program, a Knowledge Sharing Session was conducted by Mr. Anbazhagan, who spoke about the importance of mentoring and its role in entrepreneurial development. He began by introducing the organization, its objectives, and its initiatives to support budding entrepreneurs in building their ventures. Emphasizing that resources alone are not sufficient, he highlighted how structured mentoring guides entrepreneurs by providing industry insights, sharing experiences, and opening networks, while also acting as motivation and continuous support.
Mr. Anbazhagan explained the BYST process, which includes stages such as idea validation, training, funding, and mentoring, ensuring entrepreneurs are supported at every step. He further stressed the significance of post-loan training, noting that support continues even after financial assistance to ensure sustainable growth. The session also featured inspiring BYST success stories, demonstrating how effective mentor–mentee relationships can transform challenges into opportunities, leading to remarkable entrepreneurial achievements and long-term business success.
