Inspiring Start: PG Commerce Department Hosts Orientation for Freshers at SACAS.

The PG Department of Commerce, at S.A. College of Arts & Science, kick-started the academic year 2025–2027 with a vibrant Orientation Program for the newly admitted M.Com students on 26th August 2025. The session was graced by esteemed Guest Speaker Mr. Rakesh Shankar Ravi Shankar, who delivered an inspiring and insightful address.

The orientation aimed to welcome freshers and guide them through their academic journey by introducing the curriculum, departmental culture, academic resources, and available opportunities. Mr. Rakesh emphasized the importance of discipline, dedication, and lifelong learning in achieving success. He encouraged students to build strong conceptual foundations and actively engage in research, seminars, and co-curricular activities.

The session also featured an interactive segment, where students had the opportunity to clarify doubts and explore career pathways in commerce.
