The Faculty Development Program (FDP) on “Pedagogy and Emotional Intelligence,” held on January 17-18, 2025, at S A College of Arts & Science (SACAS), was a transformative experience for educators. The program focused on personal reflection and engagement through interactive activities.
The FDP covered modern pedagogy, assertiveness profiling, and mentoring techniques, encouraging educators to introspect and refine their teaching methods. It also emphasized time management, teamwork, and fostering alumni relationships, providing practical tools for professional growth.
