Investiture Ceremony – Wabi-Sabi Forum Inaugural & Workshop on “NeuroBricks for Personal Excellence”
The Department of Psychology successfully organized the Investiture Ceremony of the Wabi-Sabi Forum along with a Workshop on “NeuroBricks for Personal Excellence” at the SACAS Auditorium on [insert date] from 10:00 AM to 12:45 PM.
The program commenced with the Investiture Ceremony, where the newly elected forum members were officially inducted. This occasion symbolized responsibility, leadership, and dedication as the members pledged to uphold the values and vision of the forum. The highlight of the day was the Workshop on “NeuroBricks for Personal Excellence,” delivered by Dr. S. Senthil sir , an expert trainer with over two decades of experience in coaching, counselling, and motivational training. He specializes in NeuroBricks, Hypnosis, NLP, managing emotions, work-life balance, and resilience techniques. The session introduced the concept of Brain Gym, where associating both hemispheres simultaneously helps in strengthening memory, focus, and coordination. It was emphasized that potential does not always equal performance because of interference—internal interference (which can be controlled) and external interference (which cannot be controlled). Some of the key learnings included: Strengthening the right hemisphere by changing unconscious habits into conscious habits. Understanding NLP filters such as deletion, distraction, and generalization. Practicing to respond consciously rather than react unconsciously.
Recognizing that “right is also right, and nothing is left at left,” highlighting balanced brain use.
The workshop left participants with practical tools for personal growth, conscious habit formation, and improved well-being.
