National Science  Day is being celebrated to mark the discovery of the Raman effect by physicist C.V. Raman on February 28.The theme for National Science Day 2025 is “Empowering Indian Youth for Global Leadership in Science and Innovation for Viksit Bharat.

Department of HS-NFSMD and F3 Nutrition Club organised National Science Day celebration on 28th February 2025.

Various charts and posters emphasizing various sectors of Nutrition science were prepared and exhibited. Chemistry related games were arranged for the students. Models on human physiology, food pyramid and my plate were also exhibited

Live food analysis on adulteration were also performed by the students.
