The Department of Home Science – Food Service Management and Dietetics, along with the F3 Nutrition Club, organized a recipe display competition “Meal Mastery” on 6th September 2024, focusing on *Healthy Lunch Boxes recipes. The event was held in the Food Science Lab, 33 participants from various departments showcased creative, practical lunch boxes filled with wholesome ingredients like whole grains, vegetables, and plant-based proteins. The competition highlighted the importance of well-planned, healthy meals for maintaining energy and well-being, especially in today’s fast-paced lifestyle. It successfully demonstrated how small changes in everyday meals can boost overall health.
