The BCom CA Department is excited to launch “Plastic Footprint: A Fresh Beginning for a Sustainable Future.” This project aims to teach and motivate our community to cut down on plastic use and embrace eco-friendly habits. We’re showing our dedication to a greener tomorrow by pushing for both personal and group efforts to lessen our impact on the environment.

Goals of the Project:

Boost Understanding: Inform students, teachers, and staff about how plastic harms the environment and people’s health.

Boost Green Practices: Push for the use of earth-friendly habits, like carrying reusable bags, bottles, and containers, and backing local recycling efforts.

Strengthen the Community: Give people the tools and info to make smart choices that lead to a more sustainable future.

The “Plastic Footprint” project aims to build a culture of sustainability in our area through hands-on workshops, info sessions, and fun activities. By taking small but important steps, we can work together to cut down our plastic use and create a path to a healthier planet.

Neo Fest: A Warm Welcome to Our New Student Family Members

After the launch of the Plastic Footprint initiative, Neo Fest our yearly event for freshers started.

Key Features of Neo Fest

Welcome Ceremony, an official introduction to the newcomers in our student community marking their arrival, into our vibrant family.

Cultural Performances : A showcase of talents from different student groups through music, dance  that celebrate the richness and creativity of our student community.

 Enjoyable and engaging games aimed at helping new students connect with their peers and settle comfortably into their surroundings.

Outcome:

 A chance for students to connect and engage with faculty and fellow members of the department. Neo Fest not only serves as a warm welcome for our new students but also as a platform to reaffirm our dedication to sustainability.
