A total of 1285 students completed and submitted the official anti-drug awareness forms, signifying their participation in the awareness campaign.
Students took pledge through Tamil Nadu Government Portal and then downloaded and submitted a soft copy version of their certificates to show they participated in the awareness campaign and completed the pledge.
Students were given brief awareness messages that outlined drug abuse, peer pressure, and ways to reach out for help for themselves or others who may have issues with drug abuse.
Outcome:
Students developed a sense of responsibility and reaffirmed their commitment to be drug free in society and within their communities. The campaign also disseminated the message of having a healthier aware population of students thus having a positive contribution towards achieving the national mission of a Drug-Free India.
