Celebrate Literacy Day on 08.09.2023

On 8th September 2023, students from Department of B.Com CA participated in an event to celebrate Literacy Day. As part of this event, a group of students, accompanied by teachers, stood on the road near our campus, holding placards with literary quotes, and messages promoting the importance of literature.

The event began at 8:00 a.m. and lasted until 9.00 a.m. The students were divided into several groups, each stationed at strategic points on the road to maximize visibility and engagement with the passing pedestrians and motorists. They displayed creativity and enthusiasm throughout the event, attracting the attention and interest of the general public.

The participants had prepared their own placards, showcasing their knowledge and appreciation for literature. Some placards also highlighted the benefits of reading and literary activities, such as enhancing language skills, broadening knowledge, and fostering creativity.

The students interacted warmly with passersby, engaging in conversations about literature, answering questions, and providing recommendations.
Throughout the event, the students conducted themselves with utmost discipline and responsibility. They adhered to traffic rules, ensuring their presence on the road did not cause any inconvenience or disruption to vehicle flow. Additionally, they maintained a respectful and positive attitude, representing our institution and the spirit of Literacy Day admirably.

The event concluded at 9:00 a.m. with a brief gathering where the participating students shared their experiences and expressed their gratitude to the teachers and organizers for providing them with this platform to celebrate literature.

The event served as a reminder of the importance of literature in our lives and the efforts our institution takes to nurture a love for reading and writing among students.
