A Five days Review Meeting-*Fundamental Glossary of Chemistry Project

*Fundamental Glossary of Chemistry Project at S. A. College of Arts & Science*
SACAS hosted a five-day Review Meeting of the Fundamental Glossary of Chemistry (English-Hindi-Tamil) under the auspices of the Commission for Scientific and Technical Terminology, Ministry of Education, Department of Higher Education, Government of India between 25-09-2023 and 29-09-2023. The work was under the supervision of Ms. Mercy Lalrohluo Hmar, Assistant Director(S), CSTT. Professors across the state from Chemistry, Tamil and linguistics backgrounds were the subject experts at the discussion. The college holds pride that this is the second meeting in the campus out of the four meetings. Around 3800 terms in Chemistry were collected. The arrangements of the meeting were headed by Dr. V. Sayi Satyavathi the Director of SACAS. The programme was successful because of the constant support of Thiru. P. Venkatesh Raja the Correspondent and the guidance of Dr. Malathi Selvakkumar the Principal of SACAS.
