The Department of Home Science inaugurated Nutrition Club and held an orientation and Freshers Day on 1st August 2024, at the SACAS Auditorium from 2-4 PM. The event began with the candle lighting ceremony followed by an inauguration of F3 NUTRITION CLUB – FIT FUEL FORUM and orientation session detailing the curriculum and career prospects. Freshers were welcomed with fun activities. Key highlights included a guest lecture by renowned guest speaker Dr.S.K POONKUZHALI and interactive sessions ending with samplings distribution to the freshers. The event set a positive tone for the academic year, encouraging active student participation and community building.
