The Department of Physical Education of S.A College of Arts & Science conducted an engaging session exclusively for our girl students! The session featured a dynamic mix of cardio, strength training, and flexibility exercises, which tailored to boost energy and enhance overall fitness. It helped the students to get an opportunity to improve their health, build confidence, and have fun with their peers. At the end of the session it was like “Come ready to move and embrace a healthier, stronger you”.
