APPOINTMENT OF TEACHING AND NON-TEACHING STAFF DETAILS OF QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

ASSISTANT PROFESSOR:
1. A Master‘s degree with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point-scale wherever the grading system is followed) in a concerned/relevant/allied subject from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university.
2. Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC or the CSIR, or a similar test accredited by the UGC, like SLET/SET or who have been awarded a Ph. D. Degree in accordance with the University Grants Commission and a Good API is desirable.

ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR:
1. A Master‘s Degree with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point-scale, wherever the grading system is followed).
2. A good academic record, with a Ph.D. Degree in the concerned/allied/relevant disciplines.
3. A minimum of eight years of experience of teaching and / or research in an academic/research position equivalent to that of Assistant Professor in a University, College or Accredited Research Institution/industry.
Note: The Ph.D. Degree and NET/SET shall be a mandatory qualification for the appointment of Associate Professor. And to fulfil a API score of above 300.

PA to Principal:
1. Any UG / PG Degree
2. Proven work experience as a personal assistant
3.Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Proficiency in working with MS-Office
5. Outstanding organisational and time management skills

Administrative Officer:
1. PG Degree in any discipline
2. Prior Administrative Experience is must
3. Solid knowledge of Office procedures
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
6. Experience with office management software like MS Office, Tally, etc.

Accountant:
1. Pass in M.Com / M.Com CS / M.Com AF or any equivalent degree. Additional certification (CA or CMA) is a plus
2. Work experience as an Accountant is preferred.
3. Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
4. Hands-on experience with accounting software
5. Knowledge in Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables

Lab Instructor:
1. UG / PG Degree
2. Proven experience as a lab Instructor
3. Experience with databases & networks
4. Knowledge of system security and data backup/recovery
5. Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
6. Excellent communication skills

Office Assistant:
1. UG / PG Degree in any discipline
2. Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role
3. Proficiency in MS Office
4. Knowledge of “back-office” computer systems (ERP software)
5. Good Exposure in Office Management Procedures

Attender:
1. High School / Diploma
2. Proven work experience as a Attender
3. Good physical condition
4. Patient and friendly with demonstrated experience in problem solving.
