Rotaract Club of S.A. College of Arts & Science is organizing Onam celebrations on 16.09.2024

The Rotaract Club of S.A. College of Arts & Science is organizing Onam celebrations on 16th September 2024. We have planned a sequence of events as outlined below and kindly seek your cooperation and support in making this celebration a success.
1. Onam Pookalam:
* Each department is invited to submit one floral design (Pookalam).
* Maximum of 6 members per team.
* Start Time: 9:30 AM (after classes commence).
* Duration: 1 hour.
* Closing Time: 10:30 AM.
* Venue: Place allotments will be done on 16th September 2024.
(Note: The flower arrangement in the ground floor entrance is reserved for Rotaract board members and will not be considered for judgment.)
2. Onam Sadya:
* Departments can present any number of pre-cooked dishes for the competition.
* All dishes from a department will be considered a single entry for judgment.
* Start Time: 9:30 AM (after classes commence).
* Duration: 1 hour.
* Closing Time: 10:30 AM.
* Venue: Nutrition Lab.
3. Exposition of Mahabali Chakravarthy:
* Time: 12:00 noon.
* Venue: College Grounds.
4. Drum Ecstasy – Chenda Melam:
* Start Time: 12:15 PM.
* Closing Time: 1:30 PM.
* Venue: College Grounds.
